We at Flowergate URC, unfortunately, do not have a church choir of our own. However two of our church members, Stephanie Simmons and Trevor Barrowcliffe, are members of St.Hilda's Festival Chorus so if you enjoy singing lovely music by well known composers they will give you all the details and you would be most welcome to join.
St. Hilda's Festival Chorus is a mixed choir, with its own orchestra. They rehearse and perform concerts at St. Hilda's C of E Church on Westcliff, Whitby. They usually present two public concerts annually and these details will be on their website.
In 2018 and 2019 the Festival Chorus held a pre Christmas afternoon Concert in our Church which was a great success, but since then it has not taken place owing to the pandemic.

The Tuesday Singers are a most welcome and regular choir giving a Charity concert in aid of a local or International Charity. Details will be posted online nearer the time.
