Hiring of Flowergate Church Premises
Outside organisations and Charities such as the "Trinity Centre" and "Community Choir" have in the past regularly hired our premises for their activities and, in the case of St. Catherine's Hospice, for Coffee Mornings to raise funds for their continued invaluable work and service. These activities are no longer taking place, but the extensive facilities in the downstairs hall, now named "Flowergate Hall" are let on a long term basis to "Flash Arts", a community arts group, which provides useful regular income to the church.
At other special times of the year our premises could be used for Piano recitals or, for example, we had rehearsals for "Joseph and his multi coloured dreamcoat ", a 'one-off' with a limited number of rehearsals for a specific event.
Recently we had a small group using the Leng Room for 'Conversational Spanish'.
We are happy to accommodate any usage from 'one-offs' to regular bookings. JD.
